The confirmation carries the sitter's photo, experience and checks: police check, ID, references called, first-aid certificate.
Handover
The sitter arrives ten minutes early for a handover — routines, allergies, bedtime, your numbers. Photo update mid-evening if you'd like one.
Pay and rebook
Paid on booking by PromptPay or card. Liked her? Ask for the same sitter next time; we'll hold her for you where we can.

How late can I book?+
Same-day bookings until 22:00 for a start time that evening, confirmed within the hour if a sitter is available. For late finishes after midnight, add ฿100 per hour after 23:00 and we arrange the sitter's transport home.
Can the sitter come to our hotel?+
Yes — hotel rooms, serviced apartments, villas and condos. Tell us the hotel and we'll send her name and ID to the front desk in advance.
Is there a minimum?+
Four hours. Under that, set-up and travel make the visit unfair on the sitter. A four-hour evening is ฿1,800 for one or two children; add ฿100 per hour for a third.
