Sound familiar?

You don't need the job description written — that's our job. Tell us what a good week looks like on LINE or WhatsApp and a matcher turns it into a role, hours and a rate before you see a single profile.

CareRova senior care at work in a Bangkok family home
  • A parent home from hospital and nobody can be there all day
  • Memory that isn't what it was, and the stove left on once
  • A fall, and the stairs are suddenly a problem
  • You live abroad and the neighbours are doing more than they should
  • Mum is fine — she's just lonely, and you'd like someone to check
How we do it

The CareRova way

1

The care call

Health, mobility, medication, routines, what the family can and can't cover, day or night. We write a simple care plan and a rate; a nurse reviews the plan if needed.

2

Shortlist in 48 hours

Carers with the relevant experience — dementia, stroke, diabetes, post-surgery — with their checks, references and training attached.

3

Meet at home

A visit with the family and the person being cared for, then a paid trial day. Chemistry matters more here than anywhere; we'll keep looking until it's right.

4

Care, with updates

Daily LINE note to the family: meals, medication, mood, mobility, anything to flag. Monthly check-in with the family and free replacement within 90 days.

  • Experience matched to the condition — dementia, stroke, post-surgery

Common questions

Are your carers nurses?+

Most are trained caregivers, not registered nurses — right for companionship, meals, mobility, medication reminders and daily living. For clinical needs — injections, wound care, tube feeding — we place nursing assistants or refer to a home-nursing partner, and say so honestly on the call.

Can you cover nights?+

Yes — 21:00–7:00 night shifts for anyone who is unsettled, wandering or needs help to the bathroom, and 24-hour live-in care for those who need someone present round the clock.

How fast can post-hospital care start?+

Usually within 48 hours of the call — hospitals rarely give much notice of discharge. Tell us the ward and the expected date and we'll have someone ready for the day they come home.
