Assistant or housekeeper?+
A housekeeper does the home; an assistant does the admin, the errands and the coordination. Small households rarely need both; busy ones with staff usually do.
Can they manage our other staff?+
Yes — rotas, leave, supplies, quality. Where those staff are CareRova placements, the assistant also becomes our day-to-day contact for check-ins.
Can they drive?+
Some can, with a Thai licence — say so on the brief. Using your car requires your insurance to cover a named driver; we'll help check.
