Sukhumvit. We know these homes.
Sukhumvit is Bangkok's expat family corridor: 30-floor condos, two working parents, a school bus at 6:45 and grandparents eleven time zones away. Most of what we do here is full-time English-speaking nannies, a daily cook, and same-day sitters for the hotels and serviced apartments along the BTS.
Sukhumvit's care profile
School runs and split shifts
International schools start early and finish at 3. Families here want a nanny who can do 6:30–9:00 and 14:30–19:00, or a live-in who makes the split disappear. We write the rate for the real hours, not a nine-to-five.
Condo rules and building access
Every tower registers domestic staff with the juristic office. We supply ID copies and a staff letter before day one, and our carers know the goods-lift, pool and playroom rules before you have to explain them.
Hotel and serviced-apartment guests
Sukhumvit has Bangkok's densest run of hotels and serviced apartments, and a family checking in at 3pm often wants a sitter by 7. StayCare same-day bookings are a big part of our day here.
Do you have English-speaking nannies for Sukhumvit?+
Yes — it's our most requested role here. Say English-only on the brief and the shortlist is filtered to nannies who interviewed in English. Allow a few extra days and the upper end of the guide rate.
How fast can a sitter reach an Asoke hotel?+
Same day, usually within two to three hours of confirmation. Tell us the hotel and we'll send her name and ID to the front desk.
